Board Meetings

The Board of Trustees holds meetings every other month. The meetings will be held in May, July, September, November, January and March on the next to last Monday of the month at 5:15 pm. If a date conflicts with a holiday or special event, the President will set the meeting on an alternate day and time. If something comes up that needs immediate attention, a special meeting will be called. Any changes to the date, location or time will posted on the website and be sent by email to members who have an active email address with the Lemon Bay Playhouse.  View the calendar for dates.
